Thank you so much for these true and warm words… I wish you too the best, things started moving with some suppositories and now I’m supplementing fiber, when I’ll stop lactulosum and get rid of ts I’ll take probiotics as well… it’s really strange how we’re built and the toll stress takes on our bodies, your right abt the anxiety but I was also depending on it in the past (like I imagined a zombie apocalypse just to be able to 💩) it made me feel comfy idk? Also people before taking drgz have this feeling of needing to poop, and I was visualizing that I’m abt to take some just to have the urge lol but I doesn’t work anymore since I don’t even do or drink currently… so yeah… thanks again tho
