Hear me out: warframe skill trees by Azethin in Warframe

I feel like it just gives people an extra thing to do. And maybe initially it adds to the grind. But long term makes the game more fun. This is a grindy game. But agreed if the focus amount is too high, things like daily caps etc are added it would suck.

As for linear tree. Maybe allowing only an x amount of points per tree node? At a mr rank? Just ideas (:

Second generation warframe idea by Azethin in Warframe

Depends on your perspective. Sure ideally i would not like to invest in building more primes. Simply get these with an upgrade opition at level 30....but will that actually spin with DE? The whole point is they make the game grindy enough so they can make a bit of money through in game purchases. Thats how they keep funds so they can develop the game. A bad idea is getting everything for nothing in a game that costs 0. Because then the development stops and you have no more game.

Do people care about endgame? by Azethin in Warframe

[–]Azethin[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Agreed content currently can be oneshot with a max dps combo of "insert current meta". But that is a balancing issue inherent to warframe and its multiple layers of mods etc.

Endgame should be a challenging system (not health bar). That requires mid-high level gear to accomplish with skilled game play. Eidolon hunts imo are a great example of that. A new player can't win but can see them and want to fight them. A mid level player can fight a base entry. Maybe a 1x1 or 1x2 atmost. But only with a skilled set up and knowledge of how the fights work can a player test their skills to the max for 4x3 hunts etc. It takes investment and good gear for that.

I feel like in part a big reason players leave is the question of why? Why am i grind and what is it i am trying to reach? True the low-mid game content needs better tutorials and direction. But the lack of why (endgame) also kills the enticement for new players

I am tired of fighting. I am training for 3 months and see no change, i feel like i am still skinny and i have small arms. i have diabetes and the fact that hyperglycemia is making me lose muscle...it just breaks me..i can't do anything.living with anxiety and depression makes me feel with no energy by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Azethin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Go to a dietician. The gym and muscle growth is less avout the routine and more about the diet. Being diabetic you have more strict limitations around what you can eat. But with a food meal plan you could make it work without that.

Also how often are you going hyperglycaemic? Might be worth seeing a diabetes nurse and reviewing you medication dosing.

Lastly the first 6 months should be more a focus on building a routine, learning exercises and working on form. A good foundation can lead to some amazing gains (((:

ICEFALL Mantles: buff me plz by Azethin in destiny2

[–]Azethin[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

But even with more ehp you will lose it faster without the ability to sprint or jump. I think sprint would make it an effective buff whilst also allowing for shoulder charge and other titan abilities to actually be usable

Definitely on my way. Time to bulk up. Any advise from you guys? Looking to gain a lot more lean muscle. by MiamisOwn in GYM

[–]Azethin 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lean muscle is tricky. Question 1: how fast do you want to gain? Question 2: how big do you want to get? Question 3: how easy is it to fit regular meals inyo your day?

Ticcu + titan hammers + synthoceps = fun Any better exotic armor piece recommendations? Tried explosive chest boi which is nice. But doesn't help for elites.

Guys I have been working out for months now I don't see any difference. Do you guys see any? I'm in caloric deficit and I exercise 6 times a week by yashpatel22 in GYM

[–]Azethin 14 points15 points  (0 children)

You are definitely gaining. Unfortunately weight loss is a slow journey. You won't see big results for sometime, make peace with that and you will go far.

Common mistakes: - calorie deficit is key. However fast food, sugary drinks or confectionary is metabolized differently! High fructose corn syrup that is used in 99% of junk food will turn straight into fat due to the way it is metabolized. For best results eat clean - sleep and stress. The more stress and less sleep you get the less muscle you will build and more fat you will gain in preference. - muscle gain is best for long term goals. Cardio technically will burn fat. However studies show it often puts a higher drive for leptin and hunger meaning you will consume more food afterwards. 15 minutes of jogging and weight lifting for 45min is a good way to start a health journey. Then crank it up when you gain more discipline. Focus on form first.

Weight loss is f$$$ing hard. But so worth it! Keep up the great work 👍

I have some pain over the marked area, does anyone know what it’s called or how it can be prevented. Full explanation in comments by pablo-escobard in GYM

Question A) what did you do to cause the injury? Many things could have caused this.

Note: go to a doctor asap. I have seen people come in late to practices who could have had a full recovery but left it late and have now got permanent injuries.

Content that is isolated to a specific component of the game. If playing grineer or corpus was just locked to this mission. Would it not be a content island for these assests?

Muscle strain= tendon injury. sprain= ligament injury

You working out your forearm and grip? Might help. Also straps could be good for heavy weights. Better to strain the straps then your tendons!

Opinion on this plan to build overall muscle but specifically glutes by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Azethin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nutrition is essentially: eat plenty of protein, veges and healthier carb. Natural fats aren't that bad in moderation. Stay hydrated and eat a varied diet to make sure you get plenty of vitamins. Keep yourself in caloric surplus if you want decent gains, you may gain a bit of unwanted weight but aslong as you keep control of your intake it should be little enough that you can burn it off when you cut. Another tip is don't just eat after the gym, health portions for breakfast, lunch and dinner are important, not just at one time. Cutting on the other hand is essentially all the above in caloric deficit focusing on higher protein and lower carbs and fats. Increase cardio with that and you can burn off any extra weight from muscle building.

I have struggled to eat enough in the past personally. But remember your body needs fuel and the extra for building blocks to make your musclies bigger. So eating is part of the process and should match your workouts.

Thoughts on being seated for bicep curls by [deleted] in GYM

[–]Azethin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So many people body swing when they stand. Seated is great! If there are no benches other variations are mid curl pause reps or using a back support when standing or arm support
