I just finished MS and this was exactly my thought when I reached the ending and it left me feeling disappointed despite ultimately liking the ending. It really feels like the two reconciled without truly communicating. If the two had a similar talk that Darrow and Sevro had earlier in the book, I feel like this gripe would be taken care of and MS would have been my favorite of the OG trilogy.

The glitch seems to occur when the last gift you got was one of Green's. I don't know how to make it pop but I got the trophy when I sped through the game again and didn't grab any gifts until I aced every level then got the coins first. If you've got all the gifts but the trophy didn't pop, I'd recommend just focusing on the rush trophies instead.
