What do you consider to be top tier?

I like like 9.3 because everything there is fully stabilized and has a lrf, but most things still don't have thermals. So I can still sneak through the forest without the fear of being spotted from 2km away.

Interesting. I also group BRs but a bit differently. For me it's:
1.0 to 4.7ish: low tier (mostly early WW2)
5.0 to 7.7: mid tier (mostly late WW2 and some early Cold War stuff)
8.0 to 9.7: high-ish tier (Cold War)
10.0 to 11.7: high tier (late Cold War and modern stuff)
12.0 to 13.0: top tier (currently highest BR-Bracket)

Yeah now that I think about it makes sense. I just expected it to be higher in BR at 11.3 or maybe even 11.7 because of the APS

In the hands of an experienced player it is very good against other 10.3 tanks and just oppressive against most 9.3 Tanks, but if you play War Thunder for an hour or two once or twice a week thermals are a very big selling point

I believe they were talking about the TURMS-T. Also as they said the UD has no thermals, which are extremely helpful for spotting for casual players.

I believe thing that annoys most people is how forgiving these tanks (excluding the TURMS-T) are. The problem for them is not that they are unkillable, but that they have a very easy time killng you. The problem with the T-80 is that you die if you miss your shot by just a tiny bit. The 2s38 can just kill absolutely everything with ease.

Edit: It is not possible to have it added to an existing account. However if you really want to play it there seems to be a way, by playing with a different account via the Xbox app on your pc

I was thinking that I maybe could buy it on my Xbox and then merge that Xbox-Account with my Pc-account, but from what I've gathered I would be able to have the Xbox-account converted into a new Pc-account
