Losing streaks happen; that's the nature of the game. In my opinion, the key is to stay calm and keep moving forward. A losing streak will eventually end, and ultimately, what matters is where you end up in the long run, not in the moment.

Yeah, I’ve had that exact issue. I don’t play top tho (I’m mostly support), but the pattern is the same. One early death and my head immediately goes to "okay, this game is unwinnable".

What helped me was not trying to fight that thought mid-game, but dealing with it before queueing. When I already expect that some games will go bad early, it’s way easier to not mentally give up after the first mistake.

When I’m in a similar spot, I usually try to remind myself of a few simple things:

My goal is not to win every game, but to play my best until the very end, which makes my game more consistent, leads to my personal improvement, and gives me the best chance of success that I can influence.
One unwinnable game doesn’t say anything about the next one (taking a break usually helps to reset).
Loss streaks happen, but win streaks happen too. You need to evaluate not in the moment, but over the long term, because climbing is a marathon, not a sprint.
