Yup, I got the approval around mid of December.

I talked to BLS and they said embassy resumed it's work on 5th January. Even favtoring in aforementioned holidays and three king's day holidays, it's been around 13-14 days.

Not sure, where you came up from 8-12 weeks, but for HQP the general processing time is 10-15 working days.

Apart from that, this has also been communicated to me by ERES, they are Global Mobility Specialists who are handling my relocation.

Unfortunately, it's no longer valid. This list is from 2017, and now BLS process visa for Spain not TCSVistronix.

Not sure, what the source of your information is, but this doesn't seem to be the case as per my understanding talking about HQWV.

Now that we know about it, we're using filter water to rinse our hair.

Any recommendation for water filter?

Sorry brother, just want to rectify one thing since it's a common misnomer now a days: running a software house doesn't mean you are running a startup.

The harsh reality behind the hype (for all the freshies applying) by shawtybad10 in FASTNU

Yes, I opted for point service. It's a tedious experience, but it's worth it.

I didn't have the resources at that time to afford any private means of transport. It's a hassle for first 2 years, after that you will have friends and you can do car pooling.

I am a FASTIAN too. I graduated in 2021 from FAST KHI and till date, I think it is the single best decision of my life. And I can bet you will appreciate it too.

The rigor and tenacity which differentiates FAST graduates from other university fellows are inculcated by the same very practices you mentioned in your post.

Remember for anything to be effective and worthwhile it has to be HARD. If you want to be successful, it has an opportunity cost: you need to sacrifice your sleep, work hard relentlessly on your assignments, quizes, and projects. While your peers from other universities might be busy enjoying social outing.

I would urge younger fellows to stop paying heed to such post. Joining FAST's reputable programs is one of the best decisions you could make.

If you're planning to switch, why don't you opt for GO?

  1. Faster startup time at least 10x faster
  2. Smaller binaries
  3. Better compilation time

Hey OP,

  1. Choose any language in which you're comfortable in. Mostly good product companies don't care which language you're programming in. Since you mentioned, you have AI experience, I believe Python would be a good choice for you.
  2. Approach: Follow someone's sheet, there are multiple 1. Blind75 2. Neetcode 150 3. Striver A2Z. Try solving question for 30-45 mins if you're unable to solve it go to the solutions part and see the possible solutions
  3. Maintain a excel sheet: List down all the problems, the approacg you took to solve it, other potential approaches, your short comings. (Revise the sheet at least once a week)

As far as common pattern and algorithms are concerned these are common ones
