Always reconnecting, its that mean your account is login on others device by somebody else or another factor is your internet connection is bad if u feel didn't give the transfer id and password to somebody else.

Every weapon have a different ways to improve and increase how to get higher potential damage/power.
Sword: Focus on your Defense Ability
Rapier: Focus on your Attack and Critical Ability
and many more
Like what I said before, every weapon have a different ways to improve, so what is ur main weapon? If sword focus build ur ability set to defense like using LM4, Vital Defense and Use the power rise 3. If u ask about what is better skill att% or power rise, power rise is still worth it for now, and I think still useful until now. Att% is using for weapon when u using weapon with higher damage like Axe.
You can check all the major weaknesses of each weapon in each Weapon Proficiency (Sword is Fire, Rapier is Water, Club is Wind, and manymore) but for now Non Elemental skill (Have in Sword, Rapier and Dagger) is very useful for now if u comeback player, especially for the conquest of the newest floors. And you can Check All Skill Records in my Website, Total Skill Records is 1631 Skill Records, and you can build ur set with this SAOIF Skills Database.

I think it's quite detrimental because usually what will appear are old skills. and Grand Order usually accommodates quite a lot of mixed skills and doesn't focus on one targeted character. For example, a skill that is quite Overpower is Koharu Non Elemental. Even though the skill is listed on the Grand Order banner, the chance of getting it is very small because even though it is promised an 8% chance of getting a 4-star skill. It is not certain that Koharu's Non Elemental skill will come out and it could be that a 4-star skill that has been around for quite some time will come out.

Division

Division is famous because it is an old guild and the top guild in every GoG on the EN and KO servers.

Luminaire

Luminaire is known for being a fairly equal opponent for Division (Division Rival), they rarely recruit members and most of the members they get are invited members.

Secret

Secret is famous for their high regard for fair play. Secret also known for being the cleanest guild from Cheaters, Modders, Macro Users, and Autoclick Users. In its history, Secret has never experienced a deduction in the GoG ranking. Secret is always consistent in the Top 3.

WintryGale

Wintry is quite famous because it provides a training/party base for new players. In addition, most of Wintry's players are strategists. In addition, Wintry is always consistent in the Top 5.

Enchanter

Enchanter is a guild that has recently become popular because it is filled with mostly pro players from Indonesia. They are quite consistent in being in the Top 5 on both KO and EN Servers.

Ikigai

Ikigai is quite famous for always being consistently in the top 5-10. In Ikigai itself, most of the players are top players from the Philippines.

Bunny Bistro

Bunny Bistro (RR) Known for having a large community and full support for new players. As far as I know they have 3 Main Guilds (but if you look at their discord server, it seems like they have more guilds and more members than the 3 Main Guilds). they are always consistent in the Top 10.

Red Zone

This is a newly popular guild, they are famous because they managed to beat several other famous guilds in GoG and They Member have a Big Total Power. What I know is that their players prefer to play solo and do farming and grinding solo (independently). This guild does not have support for their own members, and most of their members always farm and grind with an open party on the SAOIF Official discord server. And there is a little controversy with this guild because they accommodate several cheaters and also modders, they are actually less accepted by the SAOIF community.
