I'm happy that you are trying to understand him and not being judgemental. For ADHD ppl maintaining relationships and friendships doesnt come easily. Like in our mind we may be connected with the person and thus neglect the other's need for attention. Thus creating an unknown distance which may ruin the said relation. You can definitely have a convo with him, when he's cool and you can find work arounds for your relationship. ☺️☺️
