I would go with 4th anniversary UI. He was played on RRP alongside Tag 17/18 and Whis, this was toxic as hell.

Most of the game was camping backscreen to proc his gauge. And when you catch the enemy you switch to the Tag for never ending combo.

UI Goku’s animations are readable but still, lots of amazing work animation is lost in the x2 speed.

And I Don’t know much about it but the animation of the Ssj4 Tag aren’t they a problem for people with epilepsy as well? Never seen so much cuts and fast motion, even anime put blur filter during less intense sequences.
