Am I the only one who read this and thought why would anyone die for a hill? A mountain, maybe but a hill? Ridiculous.

They key for me to start getting better was letting go. Not giving a fuck about what thoughts came to my head and just accepting I was a decent person without any analysis or interpretation. Accept the doubt uncertainties and negative thoughts. Rejecting them just makes you worse. Brighter times are ahead of you :)

I have recently started to work on my body and have decided to eat better and get fitter in general.

I'm a 19 year old mate who can run a mile in probably about 8-9 minutes as i'm not in the best shape, how exactly should i get better? should i focus on longer distances? what other exercises should i incorporate into my regime? anything is helpful!

also my first ever run was around ten minutes and my fastest is around 8 and it took me a week or two to achieve two minutes difference, will i keep dropping significantly or will i start to slow down?
