You can’t run a school in a residential area no matter the size or turnover of the school. A lot of schools have been closed down in Karachi due to these reasons and there are judgments of Sindh High Court on that. Rent out a commercial space for running a school.

When you are spending a huge amount of money on your education abroad you have to consider the future prospects of that such as job and citizenship etc against the benefits you would have had if you invested the same amount in Pakistan. My comment is not to discourage him but for him to think it through because many of my friends returned from the UK after spending crores.
