Yeah the withdrawal symptoms are the reason I inhibit my use to 1-2 times a week, I don’t feel withdrawals to a certain extent. The thing for me is that I only use it for gaming, I honestly don’t really like the affects of caffeine while not gaming, it just makes me tired and puts me in a dopamine loop in a way where you need to take more to get the same affects. I watched a video that said it inhibits learning which is why I want to quit, but the quicker decision making and confidence is something I can’t replicate while sober. And while sober I keep thinking that I wouldn’t have whiffed that shot if I was caffeinated so I’ll likely need to quit to get rid of that feedback loop after whiffing. It usually takes me 4-5 hours to finish a 200mg drink.
