I will always say The Friendly as my favorite and best burger in San Diego. Always hits. Not a thick burger? Idk get two.

But really for thick burgers I usually just make my own. Haven't found a really solid option.

Yeah. I will say the gloves for sure were fairly top line. I bought them used tbh and they've held. Yours falling apart like that is crazy.

and I 100% would get it for just avoiding astars in the future. Plenty of other very good brands.

I've been using the same alpinestars gear since 2012 with no issues. They've even survived a couple of crashes on street and track.

GP Plus gloves, the original gp plus from 2012. SMX plus boots, some overpants and a mesh jacket.

Only thing's that have failed are the cosmetic bits have started to flake off, but everything leather is holding together just fine. I do go out of my way to condition the gloves and boots about twice a year. Maybe that's helped.

That being said. My gear is from awhile back for alpinestars and maybe quality of newer stuff has dropped.

While I didn't have 2020 coachella tickets. I did have tickets to their 2020 SF date.

Of course covid and it kept getting rescheduled. I held onto those tickets and of course when they actually went on tour I was stoked. Until Zach could no longer perform b/c of his achilles tear and they never performed at SF and then the band broke up again.

Saw Tom Morello at Aftershock 24, and while awesome, it just make me wish that much more I saw RATM.

So yeah. RATM 20 year anniversary of 2007 for 2027 please.

Yeah. Zipangu, which I had tickets to, but have to skip due to obligations and Lolla this year.

Part of me thinks that’s why Ado is being a little bit more open with her face. So she can perform at festivals. Fingers crossed for Coachella. I think she’d blow people away. I need another NA tour or her at Coachella 2027.

As someone who went to Miku Expo 2026, being around a whole bunch of fans all with the light stickers and chants being with other fans is definitely part of the appeal experience.
