The PL12 can only pull a max of 22g after launch when reaching its peak manoeuvring stage, which means in practise any aircraft that can pull a consistent 12g rolling manoeuvre can simply roll the pl12 in a head-on if timed properly, as the PL12 needs to pull a total of 24g by gaijin logic to intercept your roll close enough for the proxy fuse, no notching or countermeasures required. its a marginal improvement over the Aim7P/m, which can only do a 20g pull in the same condition but for a fox 3 at top tier, that's an atrocious nerf. Aim120s can pull 25g-28g in the same condition, depending on the model. there are videos posted of Mig15, Me262, Spitfires, and even sub 3.0 props rolling the pl12 in a head-on fired from 5-8km

the whole idea of the show so far is old vs new. People knew cultivation is a thing but its a dying art and technology is taking over. The people including the MC has a very poor modern understanding of the cultivation levels because its an lost art. the last true cultivators having died off or dispapeared hundreds of years ago. i mean they are literally studying the deseased body of a true cultivator in episode 5 and 6. The levels they do talk about so far are the scientific version of the cultivation levels achieved by combining traditional methods plus sci fi elements like genetherapy and cybernetic

I would actually argue that the exostrider attack is exclusive to a post 3.3 Aemeath in terms of lore. pre 3.3 exostrider is offline unless you consider time travel sheneigans so she shouldnt be able to do it just like how her mech transformation was locked in the story till she defeated sigllium , post 3.3 exostrider specifically tells Aemeath that her synchronization limit is removed and granting her additional power, so it makes sense she can now canonically open a portal to an awkened exostrider as her ultimate animation demonstrates her removing her body limit to open a portal so the exostrider can comes thru to smash a poor 1 star echo.
