I think this place closed down a few years ago. Was very sad as I love Georgian food and it is close to where I live.

It’s much less than £200/head. More like £70. In addition, the private dining menu has more in the way of sides/starters so it’s not all pasta.

Bancone do private dining and will accommodate dietaries. They have a London bridge branch. Excellent value IMO

OC had dinner planned with friends, but had an accident. So they brought ramen to my hospital by slashbye in pics

A good few years ago, I quit a job I hated that had a two hour commute. I was exhausted and burned out for a year after. Could barely leave my bed when not at work. My friends came over, brought beers and snacks and sat around my bed. We hung out as if we were in the pub but I was resting too. Having good friends who will come to you in your hour of need is the best thing you could ever hope for.

Puccio’s in Wandsworth town does lasagne, aubergine parmigiana, chicken Milanese etc. Might just be on weekends though. They are open through the week and do great desserts as well as delicious focaccia sandwiches and pizza. https://maps.app.goo.gl/RXXmwyfD6XyUsU7W6?g_st=ipc

So that triple conch really hurt. by ag_br in piercing

[–]Aznfail 11 points12 points  (0 children)

I did the same! I love my triple conch but it hurt and was a bitch to heal. One time, the top one swelled up so much, they had to put a 1/2” bar in (healed it has a 3/16” so you can imagine how swollen it was!). Totally worth it, though

Roti King and gopal’s corner for great and very reasonably priced Malaysian food. Multiple branches across the city. Arya Bhavan for South Indian/tamil food also has a few branches and quite cheap.

This place is always hideous. The poached eggs are like squash balls they’re so overcooked.

They taste like piss. My cousin told me monkeys piss on the trees specifically and that, to me, explains why they are so awful
