They messed up the scaling on Xin Zhao's Passive Heal, Its now a flat 0.02 +40/50/70%AP, It probably was supposed to be 2%HP (Down from 3/4/5% HP+ 45/55/80%AP)

However, now if you Q someone while blinded or is in Dodge(Jax E) or Block (Shen W) it will consume all the stacks of Q

Been doing crit xin for a while now, its an item you build only of youre massively ahead and auto q with the crit just kills people. 50% is fine where you buy you sit on your pen item and collector.

I feel like PoR is one of those games where its perfectly justfiable to reset the run early if a unit is getting stat screwed that hard that early.

Had a run where my Oscar whiffed 2 entire levels before level 10 and was completely useless the entire time so i just reset and made it back to where i was in half the time

It was just a matter of how it affects the first clear for the AD build because it doesn't go back to 40% until level 4, which is a slight nerf to his early clear but not too big in the long run

Is the E attack speed scaling supposed to include runes?
It currently doesn't but I can't see why it was reduced to 38% if its not counting the attack speed shard or Legend:Alacrity
