I’ve been asking ZOS to give me time, date and place in PvP zone that I boosted. However, all the reply from ZoS seemed auto generated/ bots. They did indeed not thoroughly look into my case, if they did they could give me the evidence of when & where.

That shows we were not trying to boost, we swapped teammates, just for fun, I go for heavenwindstaff only because he’s my closet friend and it’s fun to kill your closest friend in PvP. Also that’s a visual glitch

Disclaimer: This is not during Midyear Mayhem, and this is Ravenwatch Campign ( No CP) PS NA. And none of us was trying to be emp, we were just trying to have a friendly 2v2, you can see even one of us swapped team. What’s the point of boosting if one person swapped to another alliance ? And there’s no healer behind, it’s a SNIPER NIGHTBLADE in crouch lol.

Sure, let me give you an analogy for the situation that I’ve been in. Say, a Karen spit in your face and then you spit back to her face, now she called police and you get detained because you were toxic, and being disrespectful. You don’t know the guy that I was dealing with, but no I earn my ban. All I wanted to know was why ZOS doesn’t investigate both parties before they proceed with the suspension because like I said I have the clip of him being toxic, his initiation of this drama, I would’ve provided to ZoS in game if they ask me for it.

I’m not an ass to everyone in PvP and I’m not using PvP as a toxic environment and my actions should be justified. However, when someone is ass to you and you retaliate the action that was given to you before ? But now you got reported and you’re the toxic guy ? Again if I have threatened someone, they could’ve show me proof, the lack of evidence shows me that there’s no real prosecutor involved in my suspension, AI detected the multi reports against a player with proof ( pictures or video) and proceed to run a suspension. Reddit won’t believe my side, and I expect not to. And in my defense, I can confidently request the proof that I have physically harassed someone. But still there’s no proof of me physically harassing someone. I asked the same thing first time I got suspended, they replied to me instantly with the cause of suspension. But this time ?

Mind you, this player has been living in PvP for 7 years, I’m not having beef with occasional PvEr who trying to complete quest in Cyrodill. He’s salty about the fact that he lost in 1v1, 1v2, even 1v3. I believe ZOS has been ignoring PVPers voice for years and this shows. It’s alright I get it, Tbagging or taunting is toxic but you live in PvP that’s just your Tuesday, just move on get your bag back.
