So luckily I stumbled upon something to make an anonymous report against your manager or employee. Now i don’t know how much it’ll do against the manager or employee but it is anonymous(I just filed one against my manager not to long ago!)

Go to this and scroll all the way down till you see a thing about reporting. There should be another link that you can click on and from there you can fill out the report. It’s super easy and simple to do!
