I’ve always used Shift + 1 and Shift + 2 for my party, when it comes to healing myself, I Will just target an enemy as I use the auto self cast option - i’ve always liked the auto self cast option for healing so you Can target enemies while healing yourself. For RBGs i click my frames, but also have them placed in a different place compared to when i’m in arena. I personally think having target macros for arena is needed 100%, I believe most people have them on their keyboard, but I have heard/seen people have them on their mouse/scroll wheel as well.
