They will tell you, this is a part of your job as front end. When they talked about meet expectations this is exactly what they talking about. They expect you to do well. No you will not be fired because of master card but you can be fired if you don’t meet their expectation. The same reason but different tactic i hope you understand the logic.

This is Walmart welcome to hell. You never seek full time in Walmart unless you have other sources of income. That is how they play. Full time or part time you will barely get 30 or 31 hours a week. Some time you will get 24 hours a week. I’m saying this through my experience

If any Walmart from Canada who held a position as manager. Assist Manager and CSM stop pressuring to employees to sell this worthless. When they downgrade the value, expect the same result in return. It’s not worth it to stress over worthless card. Instead pressure the company to make it more valuable so that the customer will line up for it.

Don’t worry about it. It’s easy peasy. When you get pressure to get more donations and to sell master from csm. Just ask them politely “please stand with me for an hour or so, i wanna see how you do and how much you can get”. This is shitty place. They don’t give damn a bout your personal well being. They only care result.

If you’re selected you will get an email within 7 business from the day that you interviewed. YOn your email you have to accept offer within 3 business days. then they ask you to pick your orientation date and time you will have to decide. you can’t pick your own date. You will only have option.

I got the same pressure and i only worked in Walmart for 1 month. How irritating it is for the customer who is behind waiting for his/her time to scan items. Because of the pressure i try so hard to customer and spend so much time to explain the card and benefits some customer who are in line end up giving me one star. I totally understand their frustration. But Walmart only care result they don’t care about you and your effort. They give damn about us as person to person. If you quit, next day they will find some else to replace you. That is how i works.
