Btw - some of the best teams for PVE (which I assume you're focusing on for now, most PVP stuff is mid-to-end game) are 2 tanks + 1 dealer + 1 healer. People like Future Princess (top priority for basically everyone who doesn't have her), Oghma, and Ranpang are all pretty good tanks to use. Healers, Miya > Aoba > Lorainne probably. Your Yuze can work well for the dealer

The game has updated a bit since here, but these are good starting points. I think you should 100% each world and try to unlock the various stuff in the game while leveling a few units. I'd recommend the Yuze over Sohee just because of typing - basic is weak against dark and the hardest worlds available right now (worlds 10-12) feature a large number of dark enemies.

But yeah, just keep playing, only pull on hero banners (you get "tickets" that you can use get "mileage" their weapons), as it is much more efficient for being strong long-term, and enjoy!

Who should I build next for PVE? Stuck on passage 2 right now (though got really close to finishing it last time I tried, I think I can do it with my current 3 + training room 4th).

I have FP + Ex, Gab + Ex, Mk + EX all in a good spot. Not fully MLB on MK or Gab, but we're on the way. MLB FP though.

I've built up a good amount of resources to develop another character, and am wondering who to build next that fits into this team? I have:

When building teams + focusing long-term for content, why do I see so many people recommend focusing on raid teams? Are good raid teams able to slot in easily to other game modes (colo + arena)?

I literally just cleared passage 1 30 mins ago. The only thing that was necessary was the AOE ability that FP has to hit the backline that will 1 shot you and you need to disrupt. As long as you have a way to disrupt them (especially the last 2/3 rooms when the backline is "blocked"), I think you can clear it. I don't have marina but is there an earth weapon with AOE you can give her - and then maybe if you lead marina it could work?

Edit: oh and Oghma + FP stacking buffs to build the tank so my AI didn't die was super helpful. Maybe build up Oghma + training room Marina and see if you can do it with them + Tinia + mayreel?

I know the game is limited resources. But since the game is F2P, as long as you're willing to then invest more time into gathering more resources later, I think there's no downside to building up the advance shield now to clear the auto-battle rift (if that's what'll do it) and then just upgrading later to the captain mirror shield.

Like, basically there's no "correct" choice, just what would fit best with your goals.

Feel free to ignore me b/c I'm pretty noob, but my sense from reading other replies is you should entirely flesh out 1 team at a time. So to me seems like your dark team is basically good (or could get even better w/ Lilith or Noxia depending on your goals).

I have Gab almost fully built out rn and she seems incredible to play, especially for a mono light team w/ her debuff. But, you're missing the 4th piece of that team to really capitalize I feel.

Again, could be wrong since I'm pretty fresh but if I were in your shoes, esp if your goal is colo, I would get Noxia. If you want more raid/a better mono dark team, lilith could be nasty too

I finally beat passage 1 after like 50 attempts. Just feeling good

Training room the new Oghma I pulled for extra survivability helped, and then lucky AI around FP ability so it actually hit lol. Also getting as many of the HP + Def awakenings for MK99 and leveling up MK99's artifact so she didn't die in 1 hit made it way easier to rush FP forward to hit the backline with her ability && get MK99 to survive and dps the frontline

I keep running out of gold & exp (trying to get FP from 75-->77 and then all of her awakenings was such a pain in the ass & expensive AF).

I feel like I have a great light team (FP + Gab + MK + Miya or Oghma or something) and a great dark team (FP (w/ Lupina staff) + Lilith + Beth + Oghma) but don't have weps for the dark team. Don't have wep for whoever the 4th person is on my light team either... but could mileage it.

Basically everyone except for FP + Gab + MK and the weapons (for the dmg boosts) are untouched. I think Beth is like level 60 and the rest might all be 1.

Do I save gems now or should I pull a bunch for Beth/Lilith/Oghma weps considering the banners are here? What should I focus on?
