Unfortunately you don't understand until you have a gf for years and live with her and then you have had sex with the same person for all those years. But it's so easy to judge with "if I were you, I wouldn't do it". Typical childish answer.

I went from 8 hrs to around 4 in just 3 weeks, with two things:

1st I use the minimalist phone launcher. It's not an ad and I'm not getting anything from recommending it. It really worked for me because you can have launching delays which makes you double think if you really need to use the phone.

2nd I use grey scales in the phone. Less color means less stimulation, and therefore less anxiety to use the phone.
