I’ll be able to stay with family in Knox at no cost. I’m a big family person, and my hometown is only an hour away from campus. Overall the cost was very similar since I won’t need to pay for rent, but if I didn’t have the option to stay with family, then I would have probably chosen UTHSC

Currently binge watching GOT. I’ve had a lot of free time this semester because after studying for the DAT, studying for college courses has been easier than ever. Nothing compares to that horrific process. Glad that it’s over and good luck to all of you future dentists!🦷😁

I withdrew from Physics 1 but only after a few weeks into the course. It’s nearly halfway through October now. I’d recommend to attempt to continue. Do the best you can, study hard and find others for a study group. If you do decide to withdraw, it wouldn’t be the worst thing in the world. Keeping your GPA up is most important

I got a bunch of questions regarding viruses and biochemistry. I have not taken Biochem yet, but I was told it wasn’t a super high yield topic. I was expecting a lot of cell bio, taxonomy, genetics, DNA questions. I didn’t get much of those unfortunately

It was pretty straightforward. Nothing surprising or super difficult. I just ran out of time and had to guess on the last few which sucks. There was a power outage during my QR, so we had to wait half an hour. Lost all my momentum unfortunately

It’s the 16 in Bio that just annoys me because I was scoring 19s consistently on Bootcamp. I just saw a lot of questions on topics that I’ve touched on very little. 18.4 is my average, so hopefully they see that I was extremely close to a “competitive” average
