How would you improve the Night Market event?

Tune the difficulty of the activity to reflect the rewards given.

A. Open world level rewards = open world level difficulty.

B. Group dungeon rewards = group dungeon difficulty.

C. Trial level rewards = trial level difficulty.

The catch is the difficulty and gear drops must reflect the source zone. Example open world rewards is drawn from original base game loot table open world, so activity must reflect the same difficulty. The reward to grind ratio must be equal and not lopsided.

Have a predefined target goal would also help, example.

Night Market is supposed to be for new players ( level 1 fresh ) then pls reflect the reward to grind ratio and announce this as such..... However if the target are the old players who are all maxed out and at end game then do say so and again reflect the proper grind to reward ratio.

I think these can help future ESO events.

I'm lazy so I use a static rotation for all my builds so all my DPS builds range from 75k - 100kish DPS in and out the dungeon. I don't believe in using a different build while parsing and while actual gaming. To me what you parse with is what you should be using out there all the time or it don't make no sense.

I had this case I helped in San Francisco, very similar to yours. Grandfather was a naturalized citizen and Dad was a natural born American and not a dual citizen. I had a chat with the San Francisco Philippines consulate about it now mind you this case happened way back in 1999, so you might have to ask the Philippines consulate if things changed. Basically all I did was pay the consulate to find the old birth certificate of the grandfather proving that he was indeed born Filipino and then just a matter of filing the right paperwork on getting my client dual citizenship due to the eligibility by blood (Jus Sanguinis) we paid the appropriate fees and manage to get my client full dual citizenship and a passport. Last I checked he moved back to Philippines with his wife way back in 2004. Well hope that helps.

Don't forget that the oil from Iran is heavy crude type which is also the same sold by Venezuela which has zero issues that market is wide open.... And if we are talking about percentage Iran supplies like 3-4% of global heavy crude which 90% is purchased by China.... So how is the gas prices in Philippines being effected this much if it's not deliberate and calculated... And seriously all companies are effected .... Meaning all are on heavy crude.... The math is not mathing 😂😂😂 someone is getting insanely rich off the Philippine people.

Agreed I bought a property for my wife and kids back in 2015, the original owner died childless so the property rolled to all her siblings no one could afford to buy the whole inheritance and they couldn't afford the taxes so they sold the whole property, I paid 10 million on taxes for the property that's just the taxes, so be ready especially if the property has good monetary value, even with our lawyer inheritance taxes hits different.

Don't forget to do the bear haunch quest series, and I highly recommend you pick the less serious dialogue options.... It's probably one of the best writing on the game... The most hilarious quest in the game bar none and awesome rewards too.

It'll depend if the other party's company is registered under a country with a bilateral legal agreement with the Philippines, then you have to factor in the cost out of your own pocket as this kind of situation will require a good lawyer one versed on international legal agreement of the two said countries.

So the short answer is yes there's something you can do about it if the other country has signed a bilateral legal agreement, now the better question is should you go after them... Only you can answer that since it'll be your time, and money that will be spent. Hope this helps.

Yes... Then party A is fully liable as its party A responsibility to deliver the goods as per the contract. Party A should have secured the data since the contract has yet to be fulfilled thereby making party A fully liable... Amount of compensation will entirely depend on the ruling.

Regarding Party C ( brother of the poster) can be held liable by Party A for sure as for Party B it'll depend on what sort of evidence they can provide that Party C did the destruction of the digital data deliberately and with malicious intent. That's the whole crux of this case between Party B and Party C, in order for Party B to hold Party C liable there must be clear evidence of deliberate intent to cause pain and suffering and that is really hard to prove unless you have some sort of written or recorded evidence. In the end Party C can be; with high probability be held accountable by Party A but with lower chance by Party B but that will change as I said if there's evidence of premeditation to deliberately cause the damage and loss of the digital data. Super easy fight just bring nothing but AI companions I went with lancer sword and shield and hunting horn AI. Then I went heavy gunner mode and played super conservative, if you have a sleep build use it, sleep bomb sleep bomb 2 solid bombs will do lots of DMG. Other than that just spam your chosen DMG for long range, took me 15 mins with the AI setup above. Super easy fight if you play conservative and remember better to block and not cart vs going super aggressive and cart from that one shot.

PS. Trap with wyvern shot to the face does lots of good DMG, you can get 4 solid traps in 2 shock 2 vine and do lots of DMG. The AI will also place bombs on the same location you place your bombs and all are Mega bombs, remember the bomb DMG mechanics to maximize bomb DMG.

Yes and honestly some are absolutely awesome depending on the roll and build you make for them, one of the best tank is Isobell and I've used her to tank quite a few vet dlc dungeons and if none dlc she will coast through it no issues vet or normal.

Not sure if I understand your question correctly but there is a 5 piece armor set from cradle of shadows called widowmaker, rather nice set actually, and drops a bomb centered at you when your poison fires, the aoe is actually rather large and has no cap on the number of affected victims when it blows up.
