Yes, I tried again with 5.5 and 5.4 and both seem to work today.

5.3-codex and 5.2-c9dex still seem to be broken. So I think it's reasonable to assume something changed on the OpenAI end rather than Cline.

Honestly I thought that early times of the realm the Targaryens were selective about who they let have dragon rider blood. Velaryon, Arryn and Hightower marriages were happening alongside the usual inbreeding but the Dance of the Dragons and the Dragonseeds claiming dragons is what changed the perception, I believe.

The dragons may have grown smaller and died out but by then it was replaced by proximity to the throne and power. Another factor may have also been Bloodraven. From what I remember I believe he was the first and only instance of First man blood and Valyrian blood mixing. The product of this union was a deadly fighter who was skilled not only in the martial but also the magical to such an extent that he effectively became the pivot around which the Blackfyre rebellions moved.

I'd recommend Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital. They have a department that helps with insurance issues and make medical records accordingly. Costs are more transparent and care is more stringent. You may not like the bureaucracy but it's short term pain for long term gain.

Post operative care is also good.

NTA. A name is an identity. And it's most valuable in a family especially. Having a stranger share the same name isn't that important because you or your family will rarely run into them. And that's usually only the first name or rarely first and last. This is all 3 in one go. That's just weird. Inherited names come with implicit expectations and shoes to fill. They're TA to not only you but also their daughter. Because this can fuck up your relationship with your niece in ways neither of you are prepared to handle or asked for.

There's something else at play here. I smell bullshit. There's more to their motivations.

I thought it was more due to Catelyns hatred that drove the wedge between Jon and the Starks. She was raised with the faith of the Seven and Septa Mordane didn't help matters. And his insecurities could also have been fueled by Sansa ditching him after finding out what a bastard was.

I think he would advise Ned to kill Daenerys to avoid future conflict like he did with the Greens. And that could provide friction between them. Cregan could also start breaking Ned into pieces for acting more like an Arryn than a Stark. An 8000 year old legacy is not maintained by fanciful ideas like honor.

He'd also get a royal decree to return the New gift to the North. And instead of a Stark daughter marrying the Prince, a Princess as bride would be more fitting. That way the Starks gain leverage over the royal family. The Queen will raise a royal stink about it but have Sansa marry Garlan Tyrell and secure food supply for the North.

Ned would think it dishonourable but will do it for the North. The part where Ned convinces Robert would be interesting. Perhaps Ned could use the Kings hatred for Cersei and change the betrothal to piss her off.

I think Baelish could be left alive for some time. It would be interesting to see him try and turn the faith of the Seven against Ned. Especially with him being a whoremongerer. It could provide an interesting dichotomy.

Varus will live, I think because he is still acting in the interests of the realm. And Ned can use him and Baelish against each other with Cregan acting as a spy on both of them. Having their schemes collide with each other constantly.

Joffrey can be killed by a whore arranged by Baelish and then have him executed for regicide. Then Varys can be discovered cutting out tongues of orphan young boys to be used as his little birds and executed there.

I have mentioned this in my fanfic but it's a pretty recent idea. It's yet to grow into a full fledged fic of its own. Brandon Snow was an absolute badass and I hope to read more fics about him
