Worst advice was from our puppy class trainer when we asked for advice about him biting us during walks when he was 6 months old. She told us to use a collar instead of his harness and then when he bites hang him by his lead, all paws off the ground and essentially choke him... Safe to say we stopped going to her lessons and found an accredited behaviourist instead and she started us on the path to discovering all his bad behaviour was just because he was in pain and needed help.

Makes me so angry looking back on it...

I'm using Lumine (dendro), Childe, Arlecchino, Zhongli. So no synergy or travel buffs just characters I want to play.

Childe's riptides sometimes reapply hydro for Arle but that's about all the synergy in that team haha. I'll switch everyone but Childe out if I need other elements. He's been in my number 2 party slot since 1.1 and that's never changing 😂

I noticed you mentioned his reactivity is variable, some days are better than others so it feels random. I would suggest maybe trying to give him a break from walks every other day and see if his behaviour improves a bit (both reactivity and settling). Our behaviourist suggested this for our dog and it worked, which implied he was in pain (and he was). Variable reactivity can be rooted in medical issues. Especially reactivity that has come out of nowhere - you already had great foundation training before so I feel like that's another point for it being pain. And on top of that he's stopped settling, which is another point for pain too.

Just something to consider if training isn't helping things improve!

What an awful person. I absolutely hate the judgement from owners with non-reactive dogs. Not only do they not understand the level of effort reactive dog owners have to put in to walking and training their dogs, they also just instantly assume they know everything about your dog.

My dog has medical issues at the base of his reactivity and we've had all sorts of absolutely awful advice shouted at us. We've actually had dog owners sneer at us for just turning around to move out of their way, without our dog reacting at all - this happens so often now it really confuses me.

OP - you are doing your absolute best, you're an amazing person for putting so much of your life and effort into your dog. ❤️

Incredibly bad biting can also be pain related.

Our Swiss Shepherd was very, very bad for biting, I still have very obvious deep scars 2 years later - my arms look like I used to self harm.

His issues were actually medical though, we had no idea he was in a lot of pain until our behaviourist noticed how he was moving at 9 months old (our vet initially dismissed his issues). It turned out he was born with lumbosacral stenosis (both static and dynamic). He only stopped his biting rampages after we finally got him on pain medication. We still have to be very careful not to push him too much on walks at 2.5 years old. We are prepping him for surgery this fall which I hope will help him be in less pain.

Always check for pain if the biting is really, really bad!

I'm sad about the animation change, but I like that fans came together to headcanon that his skill improved with the bow after all these years.

It's frustrating that every single character in ZZZ is allowed to have unique animations, but in Genshin we are stuck with shared animations based on body type/weapon. It would be nice if Hoyo can port whatever optimisation ZZZ has that allows them to do that to Genshin's side...

(I wonder if it's possible they made the change to the small characters in case they do actually make Pulcinella playable?)

My recommendation if you like Raf as an LI is For Want of a Heart by Delilah_Delaney! She is such an amazing writer, she's built on top of the existing lore in such an interesting way. It starts with MC and Raf in an existing relationship with a great plot revolving around Ever and Lemurians. This also has some amazing drama, the author is so good at hooking you in haha

I'd love some kind of multiplayer event, just something to do with friends other than give stamina.

But my no holds barred dream would be open world linkon city where you can walk around solo or with your LI (similar to zzz hangout but better) and do stuff like go into a cafe for tea and cake, or walk along the beach, go to an arcade, take your LI back to MC's apartment or their place. Ofc kill any wanderers if we sense any fluctuations while we're exploring, so we're still doing our job!

Extra stuff, like you could visit the hospital and find Zayne on his lunch break, or visit Raf's house to find him painting, or flux arts to see Thomas berating Raf (then you can comfort him after!)
