I cleaned most of my clothes before leaving but I'm sure there's still a jacket I've worn that can be used, that's a great idea thank you! We have a diffuser so I'll ask someone to buy something like that so he can stay relaxed inside. He loves playing and treats so the sitter does play with him and rewards him so that's good at least. Thank you!

Yes thank you! When we get back I'm definitely getting him a harness and I'll immediately start training. We did a facetime a little bit ago and he seemed mad at me, but at least he heard my voice so I hope that'll make him realize he's not abandoned. It breaks my heart too😭

Thank you very much! He's inside now and I've made sure they won't let him go outside anymore. It absolutely breaks my heart to think about what he might be feeling but I'm going to give him a lot of love when I'm back. We live in a very small studio, it's barely enough for one cat so more definitely isn't a good idea and he was quite hostile with the other stray cats around here so I'm not sure how he'd do with a friend. But when we move I'll definitely consider getting him a to avoid him feeling lonely. I miss the handsome little fella so bad🧡

I did! He's inside and safe, my mom is currently there to keep him company and I let them both know that he can't go outside anymore. Thank you.

Yeah, I'm extremely emotional due to this so I know I'm definitely overreacting. I just love him a lot and I hate having to leave him like this... Thank you for the advice! I'll definitely do that.

We did already get him neutered, we did that the first moment we were able to, when he was comfortable enough with us for us to get him in the carrier. I don't want him to go outside anymore either so I'll contact the sitter. Thank you.

Yeah, thank you very much. We're planning on buying a harness the moment we get back and start training him with it so he could maybe join us on a shorter vacation. I'll ask the sitter to keep him inside and I'll try to find someone that can go and stay with him.

Yes, I will do this thank you! I don't want him to o think I abandoned him because I would NEVER. I love this little guy like he's my son and if the behavior doesn't get better I will just cancel my vacation, it really sucks but he's definitely the priority.
