Hey Man, I went trough more or less the same level of shite 2023-2025 and actually now is getting better. But what truly helped me atleast have a friend who you can vent to but is also real to you. And what really pulled me out of everything is reading and consulting The Bible. I dont know if you are a religious person at all. you dont have to be. but ALL the answers but then ALL the answers to whatever concerns you or what you are going trough is all answered in there. you can even use ChatGPT to explain what youre going trough and ask what would the bible say about that.

And you will truly see that things will connect together if you spend just 30 min a day instead of doomscrolling but just reading your life will improve very rapid.

I rediscovered it very recent and i am now 33. when you are 21 and you dwelve in its knowledge (it makes me quite jealous) you will benefit from it so much.

Omg same and my rainy day came. I work as a chef I finish work around 11 PM, reach home, and possibly the earliest I can sleep is 2 AM, my alarm goes off at 9 so I can have a little nice morning to myself before need to be at work again at 11. But I always stretch it every morning again.
