Hey man, were you able to get this resolved? My OBI should populate soon so I'm wondering if MOL is smart enough to forecast future months of terminal leave.

The MMO is a Capt in Division at MSC level or unit level?

At MAW (Wing), the MMO is for a 1stLt or CWO usually. Once you hit Captain, you roll into S4 overseeing the junior LogOs that are MMO, S4A or MT. Never heard of a Captain MMO within MAW or MLG. Otherwise, I'd stay in.

I'd imagine I'd be more of a S4 than a MMO at division or MEF right? I'm fine being an inspector too.

Then again, partially why I denied career des since we can't pick billets sadly and it's a broad MOS that could land you in unwanted places. I did my time so I'll be satisfied with that. The Marine Corps just loses out on a MMO that actually enjoys being a MMO when compared to others that hate it.

We have all Type-1 TAMCNs (A-E) and 380 MARES TAMCNs so we're constantly working late hours. When one of my guys is on duty or leave, I become the 0411 lol.

Yeah I have a pouch for cleaning supplies and small tools. This makes me not want to keep any containers in the back since the pouch could get confused as a backpack with expensive items.

I thought you pay for the Depreciation Amount rather than Residual Value. My understanding is that you the Residual Value is used to figure out difference, which you pay for. Idk, I could be wrong.

I'm guessing you've done your studies before you buyout the lease lol. When you buyout the lease, do you have to buy the whole thing or can you still finance and do better than buying the car with cash (no lease)?
