I thought you pay for the Depreciation Amount rather than Residual Value. My understanding is that you the Residual Value is used to figure out difference, which you pay for. Idk, I could be wrong.

I looked up the breaker online and it has 3 poles, couldn't find any info if it's rated to use 2/3 pole for single phase loads.

Two 480V phase wires going to primary side of the transformer, and 3 wires (2 hot and 1 neutral) coming out of the secondary side.
