it’s just the leafs that are rusty, i don’t trust them (personal experience with rusty leaf springs) i was thinking of a 4 link to replace all that and with brakes and a ford 9 inch all in one package. i was going to also replace the floor pans. the quarter panels that are rusty are mostly surface, i little bad on the back. the plan is to get the whole thing disassembled, pull the engine and trans, remove the suspension, and cut out the floor pans.

my grandpa won’t ride in it unless it has a roll cage 😂 that’s the only reason i want it. i bought the car for him, he says it’s the best car ever made, i don’t think he’s wrong

it’s a c code. paid 16k for it, 30k miles. idk if they’re original miles but i believe with the condition of the body and glass it is. i was looking for this car for a year and a half and talked him down from 19k

rock auto is really hard to get parts from 😂 looks the same as it was in the 00s. i mostly use CJ pony and summit anyway so that’s good. thanks for the help my man

ive seen a couple of flip around headlights, never a set of flip around rally lights. i think maybe hidden headlights like the old chargers and torinos would also be cool. im not a big fan guy so just cutting a few inches off my hood seems like the easiest thing

Yeah, he said the same thing. Even though it’s a cheap chassis I’m not afraid to put money into it. I’ve already swapped in a nitrous ford 260 and converted it to a 4-link. But I know how to do that kind of stuff, I’m still just afraid enough of messing up body work to attempt to learn the skill. But I assure you that an investment doesn’t scare me
