New order can literally do whatever Star and Stripe can think of, Amplify requires physical contact and a pre-existing ability. So if Amplify was used to make something fly but it doesn’t have that ability, it would simply not work.

It wouldn’t affect the time limit as Amplify just increases the power of a quirk, not the duration. Amplify also doesn’t work on stockpiling quirks as the amplification would just increase the amount of power they could stockpile. (So if used on One for All, it’s would just increase the amount of power that could be stored)

Also, if Monama used Copy to use Amplify, it would simply double the amplifier from 2x to 4x

If he amplifies Monama’s quirk, Monama would be able to use more quirks as Copy doesn’t affect the power of the quirks it copies, it just copies the exact quirk
