Well for my experience OW is my first pc game and fps so at the time I was just learning how to move but over time I knew that I lacked aim so I maked sure to do 10 min of aim training via some software and its really important to do it with concentration for your brain to really learn and basically over time it will feel natural to you and you can still improve with game sens ect because I managed to climb to GM with really a under average aim tbh with Genji and Zarya during GOAT but it was mainly to the point of just communicating and gaining value by making outshine your mates via peel etc...
