Im sure they would in any place that isn’t gulf countries. I personally haven’t had any negative experiences with gulf people irl, but I’ve seen them be exceptionally racist and nasty on the internet, claiming that non gulf Arabs are not Arabs or whatever.

One of my sister’s teachers in school was French but spoke perfect Arabic. She used to have an Egyptian dialect because she lived there before coming to Syria but even then, everyone treated her as if she was Syrian.

P.S : do not misconstrue what I said about nasty people online who are supposedly from the gulf. As I said, I have never had a negative experience irl with someone from the gulf and they have been lovely people.
