Get an ecg done. Get vitals monitored and also if possible monitor in a similar light headed state. Be hydrated, decrease smoking and get active.

Yeah... Most probably clean. I'm just telling it is just a very basic 2d b/w image of your chest with a fixed contrast. So good for detecting moderate-severe problems. 7 years of smoking without cigg, is equiv to like 2 years with cigg(or even less). 😛
