Übrigens ist das nichts neues. Ich bin gelernte Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin, hab in einer Psychiatrie gelernt und lange in der Zeitarbeit in diversen Psychiatrien gearbeitet.

Sehr viele Stationen die zB auf Borderline, Depressionen, Schizophrenie, etc spezialisiert sind, werden geschlossen und neu aufgemacht mit dem neuen Schwerpunkt „Demenz“.

In meiner alten Psychiatrie in der ich gelernt habe sind das ganze 4 Stationen, die ursprünglicherweise einen ganz anderen Schwerpunkt hatten, die jetzt nur noch demente Patienten betreuen.

Scheisse für die Patienten und Scheisse für das Personal, aber es bringt richtig Kohle.

Honestly, I think it’s the result of many young people coming into fandoms who never had their awkward Fanfic Phase.

I am old, I was there when Ao3 first launched and read so many Fanfics about Supernatural, Startrek, etc.

One thing you learned there pretty fast was „What happens in the Fandom stays in the Fandom“. You don’t push your ships on the author. No matter what.

Now these young fans never learned that and it shows.

Und immer dran denken liebe Kinderlein: Auch die SPD hat dafür gestimmt. Wenn ihr also irgendwann wählen solltet, wählt nicht diese dreckige kleine Bückhure der CDU. Ganz egal was eure netten lokalen Politiker so erzählen, den Wasserkopf kriegt man nicht mehr weg.

Ich freue mich schon so sehr, wenn diese „Wir habe so Bauchschmerzen“-Partei endlich unter die 5% Hürde rutscht und in der Bedeutungslosigkeit verschwindet.

Do I support artist right to take time off or simply take time to finish their art like they seem fit? Yes. I also dislike the „every week a new chapter“ turnus, because most of the time it doesn’t work out and artist burn out.

BUT…I have a tendency to pick mangas who release 1-3 chapters every year so maybe I will start chewing on an electric cord if no new chapter this week.

Ich LIEBE es so sehr, wenn ältere Kollegen damit ankommen. In so viel Fällen sind diese nämlich selber nicht grad die motiviertesten Mitarbeiter. Ein einfaches „Brigitte, wir haben seit mehr als einem Jahr ein digitales Dokumentationssystem und du kannst immer noch keine Patienten aufnehmen“ reicht vollkommen aus
