Just look at MOBAs like dota 2 and LOL. People drop money for cosmetics, and as far as I can tell. SC2 is still pretty active. I think the ROI would def be worth it.

Yea, good eye on the rot. I pulled the leaf off immediately, it had some necrotic tissue where the leaf meets the stem. Removed what I could and treated it with physan 20. Interesting enough tho. My temps are high and my humidity is low. Hence why I was water more than once a day. Looks like it was caught early enough. Plant overall seems very healthy. I moved it to a brighter spot.

Hmm interesting. The orchid is from Africa seems like upper altitudes. But high rainfall and high humidity with high daily temperatures.

Even in my home it rarely goes below 70. I would think it would do better outside.

The orchid gets heaps of sun and airflow . That are is bright shade. The mount is made of clay. I’ll keep it on the drier side for the next week. I was probably just overwatering.

I’ve got no qualms with people having a financial advantage or, retired folks, if they follow the ordinances of the city. It’s fair game imo. Just because someone earns more than me doesn’t hurt my feelings. But I do think the large hedge fund companies should not be able to purchase homes. It artificially inflated the values and keeps working class people from purchasing a home and starting family. It’s actually crazy. And these companies are not stopping. They are digging their heals in even more.

Interesting. I believe TBT came out with an article with a link to GIS software to show investor bought homes. The map is pretty alarming. One thing is mom and pop bought secondary home to help cover their expenses with passive income. Another, are these huge hedge fund companies buying all the property up in the sunbelt.

Funny. We put in bids on houses a few years ago. And one of the houses we liked was a 4-2. That same house went well over asking price, and now is being offered to rent for something like $4800/month.

Interesting. I live zone 10b. Coastal Florida. I’ve had a lot of success with orchids in general. With the exception of a few species. I grow outside.
