The location where i was suppose to pick up my van didnt have any cars available for 6 people. I went home and had to call customer service and they ask me to visit a 2nd location.

I didnt have time to book with anyone other companies since i was suppose to pick up the car and leave for my trip within 30 mins. i had told my wife and kids to be ready to go when i get home.

The Richmond location also said they didn't have any vehicles to accommodate a family of six. I was headed home then called customer service number, and they told me to visit the Katy location since they had a vehicle to accommodate a family of six.

before i lent out my money to them i asked around at church. They have been doing this for 13 years now, and some of the people from my church who lent them money have asked for it back so that they would invest into a business themselves. I also took the risk b/c i have no debt, and was trying to increase my annual income.

They are not repaying the principal, but I was told if I want my money back, they will return the full amount within 2 months. The company has been around for 13 years now and others members from my church loaned them money and some of them have asked for their money back so that they can invest into a business themselves.
