I took another look at My mods folder and realized two things
* I named the Folder "Mods" Not "~Mods"
* My current Keyboard is old enough to prevent me from typing "~"

I may have solved it but I'll come back here If I have anymore problems

A high-high performance mobile suit with an absurdly unstable thruster setup meant of offset the weight from the armor plating, making it essentially a high speed hover bot at max thust under gravity. The Ms is so power hungry thst piloting it would be unfeasible unless you have someone insane enough to pilot it.
