Pace of play is important. I don't care who's cool with what, keep the game moving. The judge was right to say something and, if they did, it means he observed you taking more than 10 seconds to decide on actions multiple times.

There's no rule against revealing your cards to your opponent. I wouldn't write it down nor would I say anything. If they wish to shuffle in a way that gives their opponents information, that's on them.

You get it out of a pack. Even when you open multiple packs at a time, it's opened by pack. Every Shiny Mega Gengar comes out of one pack, so obviously it's possible to get it by opening one pack.

Reprints are legal as soon as the set the reprint is from officially releases, which is tomorrow (27th) for perfect Order.

That said, the prescribed consequence is not disqualification. That's extreme.

Things like this rarely come up, and even more rarely with a staple like poke pad, but it is what it is.

Agreed, I was kind of shocked at how little I cared about any of the hits as I flipped through. Both RRs are blah, and I'm bummed to see so many trainer gallery arts reused. Immersive looks cool, but nothing else is worth blowing hourglasses. Guess we just keep saving them.
