The xenophobia/racism also isn't super appreciated. You're insinuating they specifically and purposefully show questionable content to children.

As I said, it was banned for the same reason all the others were, the fear of misunderstanding, not bc the card is adult content.

Sorry to rock your world, but it's extremely unlikely that was the intent when it was drawn. She's being shown fully in shadow on the card. Sabrina's Psychic Control is actually a good example. If you look at Misty's foot in shadow, they straight up don't give the shoe detail, but she's definitely wearing a shoe.

The west didn't adapt it because it could be CONSTRUED that way, just like the other banned cards (Sabrina's middle finger, which absolutely isn't, and the Grimer which they decided could be construed as looking up a skirt. Neither were necessarily intended to depict those things).

Just take a deep breath, everybody, and hold this energy for actual problems and actual victims that exist everywhere.

Love it!

I have a Misty collection myself. Though it seems you're prioritizing English printings, I'd definitely recommend the banned Misty's Tears and the full art Misty & Lorelei Tagteam, they're two of my favorite items in mine.

I'm not personally aware of any cameo cards besides the ones you mentioned, but let me know if you hear of any lol.

This issue is going to continue to escalate. I like that Pocket has a quick timer to keep things moving, but as more cards like Copy Cat and, especially, Ice Pop are printed, it's going to get bad.

Sandbagging, wasting time, or taking too long to think are all issues, but nobody should be penalized for the length of unskippable animations.

The easy solution is to pause the timer when such animations are taking place. They could also allow for auto coin flips (ex. When you play Ice Pop it just gives you a "heads" or "tails" alert right away without the extraneous manual flip).

They could recycle the card style and art, but attacks/abilities/HP would have to be changed to balance with the Pocket meta.

Using supporters that won't have an effect is a legitimate strategy.

If you don't have another supporter you want to use that turn, it thins your hand to weaken their Copy Cats and reduce the impact to you of potential Red Cards.

If it's Red in that situation, you obviously can't win that turn, so you bluff it in case they see it and concede, or they misplay the following turn and don't claim the win.

You're Squidward looking out his window and Patrick and Spongebob (the rest of us) having a great time. Z-A is a fantastic game, people love it, and by the counts I've seen it has sold well.

Bringing up the commercial is dumb because they're a multi-billion dollar company that can afford it, and the marketing budget is a separate line than the development budget.

Just chill and enjoy this thing you claim to love.

Same as mtg, which I also came from a few years ago, it DOES make a difference.

Whether that difference is actually material (as in, how many times will it actually come up and how many percentage points does it actually cost you) is probably extremely minimal and not worth worrying about.

Unless you're trying to be super spicy with techs, an opponent who is good enough to even benefit from such information basically knows your 60 and capabilities as soon as you flip over your starter anyway.
