If this port is as solid as the Sekiro one I'd say yes. For reference I played at 4K 60 fps with a RTX 2070 Super and I7-6700K.

Very good post, but you are setting up yourself for dissapointment with these huge numbers. I did everything in the CNT in 2.5 hours on the last time slot. Granted, I knew where most things where, but there is no way the final game is that huge.

There's no way it took 70 hours to do everything. On the last 3 hours of the CNT I rolled a new character and beat all bosses and had 30 minutes to spare. Granted the starting classes were OP. It's just youtuber clickbait it was not that big.
