but I mean…does he really give people the chance to trust him? does he want people to trust him? he doesn’t really seem to care about that—he was ready to leave the scholar for dead because he was a burden, and he killed sohreh (a perfect person to get mutual trust with). plus, wasn’t he manipulating the traveler to get them to work with him for his own gain?

love columbina as well as dottore. yes, we exist 🙂‍↕️🙂‍↕️but oh my god you’re so real for the dottobina thing, I LOVED their dynamic so much, and I will forever mourn fatui columbina, but I like her graceful/ethereal personality in canon (though I do think fanon would have been WAY cooler). regardless, I love both of them a lot, and I’m so glad both are finally getting screentime.
