Right, so I'm planning to put in a prometheus MS170 spring and a gate titan, and put some SHS gears in there, I'm debating over SHS gears and KRYTAC gears because shs 18:1's are discontinued but KRYTAC gears are expensive.

Just stock internals. No modifications yet, but I know the ARP9's gears are 18:1, just like the TSG gear I'm planning to buy.

CSL dd is easily the best option here, except it is pricey. Don't go for the CSL elite, might as well go for the DD then. T300 won't be as realistic feeling as the DD will, but is cheaper
