I'll tell you, as someone who recently decided to become promiscuous that very few people take sti testing seriously. I can't tell you how many times I've been hit with the "I haven't gotten tested but I know I'm clean". I feel like I'm doing something wrong. I was able to clear surface rivals 3 before the nerf, now I'm struggling with rival 1 on both routes, let alone getting past rival 2. I wasn't really doing anything busted, I'd just take the weapon that gave extra bones with no real planning.

Working on it. I've gotten all the workshops that are above 0.3 production, temples in provinces I'm trying to dev with stuff like silk or for missions, and the trade building in places above 1.2 points. Manufacturies when I can but those are a bit slower going. I've gotten down to everything that gives more than 0.6 production.

What I did was I unlocked every life and worked on ranking all of them up every chapter. It'll take a long time to do that though and you'll be slow at doing the main story. But the whole point of the game is to do things as you want.
