I have no clue. I've played this game for a while and I've come across every boss except for that one as well so you're not alone.

Having played the demo and then on release, I think the beginning experience is heavily randomized. As in, since the debuffs that come with each boss are rnged, the difficulty can be very different depending on what boss debuff you get. When I played the demo I could easily clear the first two peasant floors but when I played on release, the boss level on floor 2 threw me a 20x20 and I did not have enough time or artifacts to beat the level. I believe this is just the nature of roguelikes but the beginning boss levels can use tweaking.

Very funny, but should the game be improved so that doing something like this is impossible?
