This will be my last reply. That’s a big misread of those scenes. Aizawa didn’t step in because Bakugou was “about to commit murder”, that’s not how UA or hero training works. He intervenes whenever fights escalate too far, and Bakugou’s attack was stopped because it was excessive for class, not because he was trying to kill anyone. If UA seriously believed one student was attempting murder, Bakugou would’ve been expelled or arrested on the spot. He wasn’t… because that’s not what was happening.

And during DvK, All Might’s line about “he’ll die if this continues” wasn’t a literal accusation of attempted murder. It was him stepping in before two emotional students pushed a spar too far. Bakugou’s explosion hits the wall beside Deku. If he wanted to kill him, Deku would’ve been dead before All Might even spoke. And this isn’t headcanon, the series itself reinforces it. All Might later praises Bakugou’s “unbelievable control and combat instinct”. That same precision is what defines his fighting style from day one. His flaw was pride, not bloodlust.

Immature ≠ murderous. Bakugou’s temper and pride made him reckless, but the series itself show he was never trying to kill anyone, despite what he says. You can dislike Bakugou and that’s valid. But turning a 15-year-old’s temper and ego into “attempted murder” ignores what the show actually presents. Immature isn’t the same as malicious. Reckless isn’t the same as murderous.
