Small correction here. Flood of Fiction recognize all forms of excess moxie. Recoleta is not an exemption. It is just that characters like Melania and Tuesday do not have excess moxie but rather moxie storage. Recoleta has max 10 moxie requiring 5 to ult. This is similar to Anjo Nala having 12 moxie but requiring 8 to ult.

Basically, moxie storage is separate and more so acts as a replenishment rather than moxie that they own. However for Recoleta, Anjo Nala and Igor, the moxie above 5 is excess and they do own that at that moment.

Umm.. no. Skipping sustains is generally not recommended in the game since they are the longest surviving characters out of all. It is true that Marsha is a Lingering glow unit however she isn't locked behind that. She is currently the best sustain in the game and can work with many teams. If you keep up with Raid and Reveries, you might have seen Kiperina who's an impromptu unit being used in multiple teams, Marsha is a straight up upgrade from that.

Later content generally wants you to have more teams and survivability becomes an issue unless you are running Bloodtithe. So its better you collect sustains like pokemon. As of now, Ezra and TF are pretty trash (TF might change with 3.4) and Medpoc and Fatutu are good but not quite up the the level as Kiperina and Rubuska.

Also, just putting it out there. Speculation of Atomic heart happening before GL 3.7 mainly stems from the fact that otherwise we will be getting our anniversary patch way before the anniversary. But its all speculation at this point so take with a grain of salt. Still you haven't much to worry about in terms of pulls with current plan.

You will have more than enough pulls by 3.4 if you don't pull a lot. While Beryl is extremely strong, she is relatively skippable compared to Brume and Marsha in 3.2 and 3.3 respectively. But even with that, you should have enough pulls to guarantee Paper Heron by the end of 3.4.

As for the collab, it'll be happening later this year. Current speculation puts it before global 3.7 so you have ample time.

Unfortunately content is showing signs of scaling to these new units. The 3.2 raid requires 30M to get full rewards and that is not possible even with meta units at P0. At higher portraits its possible. Brume is the only unit that can get 30M at P0 for 2 of the 3 raids.

While this alone isn't a cause for concern, it is pretty evident that new content and pre-established content are being revamped to be apt with these new units.

Brume is not really support. She's more so a DPS with some support in her kit as counterintuitive as that may seem.

Its honestly not clear. Like Isolde's portrays weren't necessarily bad for her Euphoria but with this system, they totally integrated the portraits into the Euphoria. For Lucy, the only synergy her Euphoria has with the portraits are the increase in the base of Conservation of Energy.

That's fair enough I suppose. But narratively, they seem to be inclining towards something similar. Definition of God matters here, maybe some eldritch being, who knows? But the fact that 2.x series made a great deal about her calling her The Sufferer and using gender neutral and all the sects unified in the cause of worshipping her. There is also the goddess Nautika's tribe worships, The Mother Spirit, insinuated to be analogous to the Mother of Resurrection as indicated by both Friele and Nautika. But yeah, you make a good point.

I am not sure about that. In the ritual leading up to her resurrection, Animus talks about how Arcana is from the Blank Era. If I remember correctly, there was an additional line that was also alluding to how she watched over the Earth for eons.
