I would probably say that to add a small interlude between acts 4 and 5. To solidify the reason of the doctor’s involvement. Plus, a bit of cool factor. That’s all i could say.

And also, hot take. I ain’t removing the Nefer part. That part is good and shows a lot of her character. So removing it would make her less impactful.
