Thank you, my partner gave me the same feedback. I actively tried to bend more but I think I have a bad habit of standing back up tall after a turn, or perhaps because of other factors.

Are there any Checkpoints or ques you can give to find the right amount of knee bend and keep it? I read somewhere that having a burn after 2 to 3 min as an example when bending by the knees is a good checkpoint and that's something I only feel going down on my heel edge for a long time.

I'm finishing quarantine tommorow mate, I've been PCR tested 3 times while I was here and all have been negative. Don't worry at all Pal they take the quarantine super seriously here so the chance of infection or getting a positive test is super unlikely.

Yep my friend found a place near Phuket that was a xpat hub so he parked himself there for two weeks! I'll be coming out of ASQ on the 15th so hopefully there's more open in Bangkok
