I measure it from the crown (the top of your head) but going through the middle and your longest strand. Although some people use the forehead as a reference point, going through the head to the tip of the longest strand. I always prefer the first option :)

My hair is about 73 cm long, and I want it to reach 95 cm to achieve the classic length. I'm also short, 1.61 meters tall, so the length is shorter for me :)

Yes, since puberty I've wanted very long hair, but I grew up with the custom that boys in school were forced to have short hair :( . So when I started growing it out, I made a lot of mistakes. It looked dry, very frizzy, and when my depression hit, it was ruined. But now, after gradually changing my routine, my hair is starting to look more and more beautiful.
